Situated on Huddersfield Road, The Copley Centre is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Stalybridge.

The recently redeveloped Copley Centre offers an extensive range of facilities including two swimming pools; a large pool and a small pool for teaching swimming and younger children. A large sports hall for 5 a side, badminton, and a range of other activities. The centre has a state-of-the-art fitness suite with 130 stations and air conditioning for your comfort. There is also an air conditioned dance studio, squash courts, spa suite containing sauna, steam room and relaxation area. Outside, the ‘Active Soccer’ state of the art synthetic turf, 6 a side football facility completes the picture.

Additionally, the café serves a wide range of hot and cold meals, snacks and refreshments to suit all tastes. The licensed bar area provides an ideal area for relaxing after ‘the game’ and enjoying a chat with friends and the opposition.

The varied range of activities available offers something for all sections of the community and features an extensive swimming programme, exercise opportunities, during the school holidays, activity sessions, swimming and football courses are available.
