Workout Class

 

Description
Aqua Box

An all over body workout based in water. Consisting of kicks, punches, knees and elbows. All used in a choreographed training routine.

Body Blast

All over body workout. Combining bodyweight and cardiovascular exercises. All done in an interval based workout class.

Cycle Blast

A combination of studio cycling intervals combined with resistance/ bodyweight core exercises.

Just Jhoom

Draws on a range of dance styles, from classical Indian to Bhangra. With dashes of jive and jazz.

Kettle Blast

A kettlebell class that will work the whole of your body. It will tone, fat burn and increase cardiovascular fitness.

Street Dance

 

Dance based class! Classes are creative and blend original hip hop styles fused with modern commercial moves to the latest hip hop beats.

 

Swim Fit Appropriate for swimmers of all ages and abilities, led by a qualified swimming instructor. Sessions will be based around the new ASA Swimfit programme and will allow you to monitor and track your progress online each time you swim.

The swimming pool at Hyde Leisure Pool is currently closed for essential maintenance work.

All other areas of the facility are open as usual.
